1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

The re-Creation training method is a combination of Functional Fitness and Fight Conditioning. 


Functional Fitness trains your body for real life challenges like carrying your sleeping kid ten blocks, or running to catch the train. Through Functional Fitness you’ll strengthen your muscles to work together in multi- joint movements, rather than isolating individual muscles to work one at a time.


Fight Conditioning is the development and refinement of defensive techniques at the same time that one develops the ability to strike with power and precision and counter attack effectively.


We have the skill and expertise to train people at every level. However, we currently only offer 1-on-1 personal training as a short training ramp up for people who are interested in our Semi-Private training program, but need a little 1-on-1 attention to learn some of the basic exercises we use regularly in our training.

Four Session Ramp Up - $700 

All sessions must be completed within 14 days.

Six Session Ramp Up - $1050

All sessions must be completed within 14 days.

  1. No Initiation Fees 
  2. All auto-renew training options must be cancelled in writing at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle date to avoid charge.
  3. All sales are final.
  4. Our 1-on-1 personal training sessions packages are sold in 18, 24 and 36 session blocks and our training programs are designed for clients to train two to three times a week.
  5. Cancellation of one-on-one personal training sessions must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session; otherwise, the client will be charged for the session. No exceptions.
