We currently ONLY offer 1 on 1 personal training as a short term step to train individuals unfamiliar with functional resistance training to get acclimated to our studio and the way that we train so that they can join our Semi-Private Training Program.
Three Session Ramp Up - $525
All sessions must be completed within 10 days from the date the first session is taken.
$175 per session for 18 sessions - $3150
Training package expires 60 days after first session.
$165 per session for 24 sessions - $3960
Training package expires 90 days after first session.
$150 per session for 36 sessions - $5400
Training package expires 90 days after first session.
* Our 1-On-1 Personal Training is sold in per week blocks. You may freeze a 12 week 1-on-1 personal training block a maximum of two times.
** When you sign up for 1-on-1 personal training with re-Creation you commit to train a minimum of two times per week. No fitness program works without consistency. If you have to miss a scheduled session you can make it up by attending a class, or utilizing equipment at one of our Co-op recess sessions.
