Edward Rush, " Coach E. is a veteran in the strength and conditioning field, with over three decades of experience. A former powerlifter, martial artist and amateur boxer. He has been featured in Vogue, Glamour and Sport and Health magazine. He has been featured in online publications like Thrilllist and Daily Candy.
Over his career Mr. Rush has trained a number of celebrity clients, such as actress Jennifer Esposito, fitness personality and celebrity trainer Melissa Alcantra. news personalities Bill Whitaker of 60 Minutes and Jason Carroll reporter for CNN as well as the more infamous Sarma Melngailis, of Pure Food and Wine and Bad Vegan fame.
Mr. Rush, who is in his mid 60's, had reverse shoulder replacement surgery in September 2025. He realized that many other men could benefit from the principles he applies and the things he has learned from working to regain the strength and mobility in his shoulders.
