The Quick Healthy Meal Workshop will be conducted by re-Creation Fitness partner and celebrity chef Kathleen Obrien. Kathleen otherwise known as Chefleen specializes in natural California cuisine and she has been featured on the cooking show Chopped on Bravo.
In this workshop on Saturday, November 4th, Kathleen will give you some keys of how to prepare healthy, delicious meals from start to finish in 20-30 minutes as well as how to create your own staples that will allow you to meal prep ahead of time.
