All our Hybrid Training Programs are based on a three session per week training program. You can choose to train one session in studio per week and two sessions remotely. Two sessions per week in studio and one session per week remote, or you can opt for a mostly remote program where you come in once a month for in studio training and to update your training program with one of our coaches. Our Hybrid Training Program allows you to get your exercise in at any time day, or night when it best suits your schedule. To put it simply you might opt for our Hybrid Program if your work demands frequent last minute unscheduled meetings, or calls that would make it hard for you to keep fitness training appointments.
Hybrid ( 1 + 2 ) Program - One in studio session per week and two remote training sessions per week is $356 per month.
Hybrid ( 2 + 1 ) Program - Two in studio sessions per week and one remote training session per week is $712 per month
Hybrid Primarily Remote - Remote Training with once a month in studio training session and check in with a re-Creation Coach is $149 per month
How it Works
As part of the program you get started with two in studio training sessions with one of our coaches. Your coach will then take the information from those two training sessions and design a three day a week program for you that will include the exercises to be performed and the number of sets and repetitions in each workout. Each month your training program will be updated.
The two Initial training sessions: The two initial training sessions are how we make an assessment of your physical strengths and weaknesses and it is the information we use upon which to base creating your training plan. These sessions are typically 1 on 1 and cost $330 alone, but are included in the Hybrid Training program without charge.
Video Exercise Library: You'll have full access to the re-Creation Video Exercise Library to use as a reference guide to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly when you work out remotely.
FREE Loaner Equipment: Don't have a gym in your building? Not a problem, we loan you the exercise equipment to perform the training program your coach has designed for you. We loan everything from bands to kettlebells and dumbbells and we loan it to you for free as part of the program. You get stronger you bring in the equipment you were using last month and we swap it out. * There may be a deposit required to check out some loaner equipment.
Recovery Tools: re-Creation Fitness has a full suite of recovery tools including Normatec compression boots and an Infrared sauna and as a Hybrid Training client you can book all appointments for recovery services at 30% off.
